  If items are NOT marked FINAL SALE, you will have 30 days from the date your order was placed to return or exchange the style. • I want to return an item, how do I go about it?

  To start a return or exchange, complete the form online. If you reside in Canada, click here to start your return process. If you reside in the U.S. or anywhere else outside of Canada, click here to start your return process.

• How long does it take to process the returns?

  It might take up to a week to process your return or exchange, but rest assured we will process it as soon as possible.

• Can I exchange something for a different style?

  You can, however, you’ll have to reach out to us to handle this type of exchange at info@miik.ca.

• I wanted to return/exchange something and I live in the GTA, can I drop it off at the Miik office?

  Yes, you can definitely do that. If your parcel is small enough to fit through the mail slot you can drop it off at any time. If it’s a bigger package, you are welcome to drop it off Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Our address is: 27 Coronet Rd Unit 12 Etobicoke, ON
