NEW Return labels will be provided by Miik within our new Returns Portal! The label fee is calculated based on your location and order factors and will be deducted from your refund.
However, if you choose to check out with Return shipping coverage for a small fee, your return shipping will be covered for that order! Return shipping coverage is optional and can be added in your cart or check out.
If you choose to check out without Return shipping coverage, you will be liable for the return shipping label. We will provide Canada Post return labels at a discounted rate, which typically start around $10+ for locations in the Greater Toronto Area. Alternatively, you can provide your own label or drop off at our Etobicoke store.
