We now offer Return shipping coverage! In your cart or at checkout, you can optionally choose to pay a small fee (from CA$3.98) to cover a return for that order. Should you return or exchange item(s) from your order with return shipping coverage, the label cost will be covered.
If you choose to check out without Return shipping coverage, you will be liable for the return shipping label. We will provide Canada Post return labels at a discounted rate, which typically start around $10+ for locations in the Greater Toronto Area. Alternatively, you can provide your own label or drop off at our Etobicoke store.
Return shipping coverage is non-refundable and can only be applied to the order under which it was originally purchased.
