Why don’t you cover the cost of return shipping / why don’t you offer free returns?

At this time, we are still a small business and our costs for shipping (even with a business account!) are very high. Unfortunately, HUGE corporations have skewed people's perspectives around free shipping and returns — and it has become an expectation even of small shops. At the end of the day would love to offer it to our amazing customers, but it's just not a viable option for us at this point. We are continually working to bring better shipping prices and hope to improve our rates in the future.
