I wanted to return/exchange something and I live in the GTA, can I drop it off at the Miik office?

Yes, you can definitely do that. If your parcel is small enough to fit through the mail slot you can drop it off at any time.

If it’s a bigger package, you are welcome to drop it off Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
