How does it work?
- Starting at just CA$3.98, you can add return shipping coverage to your order at checkout.
- If you need to return or exchange any items from that order, you’ll receive a return shipping label at no extra cost!
- You’ll see the option in your cart and at checkout, and can choose to opt in or out with each order.
- Return coverage is non-refundable, and the cost may vary by location.
If you choose not to opt in, you’ll still be able to return or exchange items, but you’ll be responsible for the return shipping label cost. (Which you can purchase through us at discounted rates, or choose to drop off or get your own label, instead!)
If your order is not eligible for return shipping coverage (because you are only purchasing final sale items) you will not see the option to purchase return shipping coverage at checkout.
