PROCESSING TIMES: 1-2 business days
Order processing is when our small-but-mighty in-house team picks and packs your order, getting it ready to safely and speedily send off to you. Processing times vary based on location and time of year. We pick and pack our own orders, and typically take 1-2 business days to do so; however, during high-volume periods such as launch days, holiday periods, and sales periods, we may take more time to pack your order, such as 3-4 business days. We always do our best to be as quick as possible, and really appreciate your patience!
SHIPPING TIMES WITHIN CANADA
We can estimate how fast your order will get to you based on your location, but these timelines aren't guaranteed. Unfortunately, there are just too many variable factors when it comes to shipping duration to give a 100% accurate answer, but below you'll find our best estimates:
- Outside the Greater Toronto Area: Standard shipping takes 3-9 business days; this is typically shipped through Canada Post
- Greater Toronto Area: We use a local carrier to ship next day; therefore, for applicable postal codes in the GTA, shipping takes 1-3 business days
- Optional Xpresspost: We have introduced an optional Canada Post Xpresspost, which takes 1-2 business days following processing
USA + INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES
USA and International shipping times vary greatly due to customs processes. Optional Xpresspost is available to some locations.
