Can you combine orders if I make multiple purchases over the Canada Day sale? Will shipping be refunded?

During our Canada Day Sale, multiple orders placed from Friday, June 28th to Monday, July 1st will be combined and shipped together and any excess shipping charges will be refunded. Due to a high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee we will combine orders placed between Wednesday, June 26th to Friday, June 28th.
